Cajun Party® started out as a simple idea way back in 1998. While building gift baskets using wooden pirogues, one of the owners said wouldn't it be neat if we could make a plastic pirogue so when a customer receives the gift basket, the customer can use the pirogue to serve food. So, a six year adventure started with a CPA learning more than cared about regarding plastic and the related manufacturing. The goals in creating the product was 1)to create a high-quality product which could be sold at a reasonable price and 2) have the product made in Louisiana or somewhere in the United States. Accordingly, in December, 2005, the first dishwasher/Made in U.S.A. safe plastic tray was made in Lafayette, La. Cajun Party Tray Sample Shots

Accomplishments - Since making the first tray in white, as we didn't have any color as of yet (NOTE: we do not make white trays for quality control reasons.), we now make the table in several different colors. Another important point is we are now able to print dishwasher safe corporate logos on the side of the . This process took a little over a year to invent, but it was well worth the time and investment.

Additional Growth - we have had several request for much larger serving devices. Accordingly, the Cajun Party Boat was created and the Budweiser Party Table hit the market in January, 2008.

Future Growth Objectives - One thing we have learned is to be flexible. Some of the projects we are working on are:

1) Develop sister site, i.e. www.101cajunrecipes.com , www.marketplacewholesaler.com (Now Live)

2) Increase content in web site, i.e. profiling customers, promoting Louisiana/Cajun Events and Life

3) Continue to create and maintain corporate relations, i.e. Budweiser and Tabasco

4) Continue with product development: promote the Cajun Party Dip, Cajun Party Red River Rub,

5) Increase distributorship

6) Increase Corporate Partnerships and co-branding

One final objective regarding future growth is to make sure we stay in touch with our corporate and consumer customers.
